As an HCM Analyst, you will be the functional expert for our Workday platform, enabling data-driven HR decisions across our global organization. Your focus will be on optimizing design, configuration, and reporting—especially leveraging Workday Report Writer and Prism—to ensure efficient and scalable HR operations.
In This Role You Will Get To
- Deliver high-quality reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and Prism Analytics to support decision-making across HR and the business.
- Configure and maintain Workday modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Performance, and Talent.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday configuration, business processes, and reporting while maintaining data integrity and system security.
- Design, configure, test, and implement Workday enhancements in both testing and production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring timely delivery and adoption.
- Recommend and implement improvements to optimize HR technology workflows and reporting capabilities.
- Act as a technical point-of-contact for HR process owners, supporting report development, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Support system upgrades, testing, patching, and routine audits to ensure platform stability and compliance.
- Champion data governance, internal controls, and confidentiality throughout HR systems and processes.
- Continuously improve BAU processes and people data quality to enhance operational efficiency.

Who You Are
- 4-5 years of experience working with HRIS, reporting, and system configuration.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including Report Writer, Advanced reporting, calculated fields, and Prism Analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Workday HCM certification is a plus.
- Skilled at translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Independent, proactive, and intellectually curious.

Flexible work at Priceline
Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
