Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Gujarati Chef to join our team, with 4-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook traditional Gujarati dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
Develop menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene in food preparation.
Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings.
Manage inventory of spices, herbs, and other ingredients used in cooking.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a chef in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of Gujarati cuisine and its regional variations.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
