Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Guest Service Associate or Supervisor to join our team at Fortune Select Grand Ridge in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Supervise and coordinate front-line staff activities to achieve high standards of service quality.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest experience.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures.
