Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Ambassador to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in guest service, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional guest service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated on hotel policies and procedures to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve guest service skills.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of guest service principles and practices is necessary.
