Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Ambassador to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in public areas.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Educational qualification: Any Graduate.
