Guest Relationship Manager

  • Abhyasa:

     Our authentic Yoga Studio.
  • Aahar:

     Our nourishing, yoga-based food restaurant.
  • Aayuh:

     Our restorative Ayurveda-based therapies and clinic.

The Guest Relationship Manager is responsible for cultivating and deepening relationships with our clientele, ensuring an exceptional and integrated experience across all three verticals, and driving sustainable business growth.


What You'll Own: Key Responsibilities & Ownership Mentality

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the customer journey from initial inquiry to long-term loyalty, acting as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador for Yogakaar.

  • Integrated Customer Journey:

     Manage the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring seamless transitions and cross-vertical engagement (e.g., a yoga student is introduced to Aayuh therapies and dines at Aahar).
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

     Own the maintenance and optimization of our CRM system, ensuring accurate data, personalized communication, and effective follow-up strategies.
  • Client Retention & Loyalty:

     Design and execute programs to increase client loyalty, repeat visits, and high-value referrals across all three verticals.
  • Feedback and Service Excellence:

     Proactively gather guest feedback and collaborate with vertical heads (Abhyasa, Aahar, Aayuh) to continuously enhance service quality and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Revenue Generation:

     Actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services based on individual guest needs and lifecycle stage.

1. Client Acquisition & Growth

Net increase in active clientele across all 3 verticals.

2. Cross-Vertical Engagement (LTV)

Average number of unique verticals utilized per active client (Goal: ).

3. Client Retention Rate

Percentage of clients retained from the previous period (e.g., monthly/quarterly).

4. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)

Average Net Promoter Score (NPS) based on post-service surveys.

5. CRM Data Quality

Completeness and accuracy of client profiles and interaction history in the CRM.

🔑 Critical Requirements & Skills

  • Experience:

     Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a high-touch Guest Relations, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within the wellness, hospitality, or premium service industry.
  • Holistic Mindset:

     A genuine interest in Yoga, Ayurveda, and healthy living is crucial. You must be able to authentically articulate the value of all three Yogakaar verticals.
  • Communication & Empathy:

     Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and handle sensitive client situations with grace and empathy.
  • CRM Proficiency:

     Demonstrated experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, specialized wellness software) for reporting, tracking, and campaign management.
  • Problem-Solving:

     Strong independent decision-making skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Qualifications:

     Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
