The Guest Relationship Manager is responsible for cultivating and deepening relationships with our clientele, ensuring an exceptional and integrated experience across all three verticals, and driving sustainable business growth.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of the customer journey from initial inquiry to long-term loyalty, acting as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador for Yogakaar.
Your performance will be directly measured by the following Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Net increase in active clientele across all 3 verticals.
Average number of unique verticals utilized per active client (Goal: ).
Percentage of clients retained from the previous period (e.g., monthly/quarterly).
Average Net Promoter Score (NPS) based on post-service surveys.
Completeness and accuracy of client profiles and interaction history in the CRM.
