Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for guests.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the hospitality team to achieve high customer service standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in guest relations or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
