Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Guest Relation Supervisor to join our team at Radisson Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate guest relation staff activities to ensure exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement effective guest relation strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage and resolve guest complaints professionally and courteously.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Analyze guest feedback and suggest improvements to hotel operations.
Train and mentor guest relation staff on best practices and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest relations or a related field, preferably in a hotel setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with hotel operations and software applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
