Job Description

1. Guest Experience & Service

Greet guests warmly as they arrive and ensure they feel welcome.

2. Escort guests to their tables or lounge areas.

3. Check in with guests during their visit to ensure satisfaction with drinks, food, and service.

4. Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and efficiently.

5. Engage guests in conversation to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere without being intrusive.

6. Share stories or details about cocktail ingredients, mixology techniques, or bar concepts to enhance the guest experience.

7. Monitor body language and cues to ensure guests are satisfied and comfortable.

8. Recognize special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations) and coordinate small gestures a greeting card, dessert, or special drink.

9. Suggest exclusive cocktails or upcoming events tailored to guest preferences.

10. Build rapport with regular patrons and foster long-term relationships to encourage loyalty.

11. Informed guest about our upcoming events and take over and others promotion.

12. Creating stories and post daily basis in social mediaRole & responsibilities
