Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of software applications for medical services and hospital operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

Design, develop, and test software applications to meet industry standards and regulations.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer needs.

Manage and mentor a team of software engineers to improve their skills and performance.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.

Job Requirements

Minimum 25 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in the medical services or hospital industry.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, including design patterns, testing methodologies, and version control systems.

Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of software engineers.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.

Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is desirable.
