Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relation Executive to join our team at Hyatt Centric, responsible for providing exceptional service in the food and beverage sector. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in guest relations or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the food and beverage team to provide excellent service and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest experience and loyalty.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle complex situations and resolve issues efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures is essential.
Familiarity with food and beverage services, including menu knowledge and wine lists.
Strong attention to detail is needed to maintain accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
