Job Description

VIP and elevated service

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and escort

    VIPs and special-request guests upon arrival.
  • Handle personalized check-in/check-out for premium guests.
  • Act as the

    key contact

    for feedback and complex service recovery.
  • Perform regular

    courtesy calls

    and service checks during a guests stay.
  • Arrange special requests, amenities, and personalized itinerary assistance.
  • Maintain detailed records of

    guest preferences

    for future stays.
  • Promote hotel facilities, services, and local points of interest.
  • Ensure all guest interactions uphold the highest brand standards.
