Guest Relation Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relation Associate to join our team at Radisson Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality standards.
• Handle complaints and feedback constructively, providing solutions or alternatives when possible.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
• Collaborate with the hotel team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall guest experience.

• Proven experience in guest relations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures and protocols.
• Familiarity with CRM software and technology used in the hospitality industry.
