Guest Relation Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for: - Warmly greeting customers as they enter the store, creating a positive first impression. - Offering help with finding products, answering questions about items, and providing information about store policies and promotions. - Addressing customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, seeking resolutions to ensure satisfaction. - Engaging with customers to build rapport and foster positive relationships. - Assisting with special requests such as gift wrapping, returns, or store services. - Maintaining a thorough knowledge of store products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations. - Helping maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment. - Coordinating with other store staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
