Customer Service and Sales: Greet and assist customers: Welcoming customers, offering assistance, and guiding them through the store. Answer customer inquiries: Providing accurate information about products, services, and store policies. Recommend products: Suggesting items based on customer needs and preferences. Process payments: Handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods at the point of sale. Handle returns and exchanges: Accurately and efficiently processing returns and exchanges. Resolve customer issues: Addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude: Ensuring a welcoming and helpful shopping experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
