We’re now looking for a Growth Product Manager to lead our retention and engagement initiatives across channels.
As a Growth PM, you will own the strategy and execution for improving user retention and engagement across multiple touchpoints. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, design, and data teams to identify opportunities, run experiments, and scale what works. You should be data-driven, creative, and adaptable, with a strong understanding of growth mechanics and an eagerness to leverage AI tools to accelerate outcomes.
Develop and execute strategies to improve user retention, engagement, and lifecycle value.
Design and run A/B tests, experiments, and data analyses to identify levers of growth.
Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and marketing to roll out initiatives.
Identify and prioritize product features and campaigns that drive long-term engagement.
Monitor KPIs, analyze user behavior, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
Explore and implement AI-driven tools and automations to optimize campaigns, personalization, and customer insights.
Build playbooks and frameworks for sustainable retention and engagement growth.
3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (SQL, analytics platforms, dashboards).
Proven track record in driving retention, engagement, or lifecycle growth.
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and cohort analysis.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., for automation, personalization, or analytics) or willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bias for action, experimentation mindset, and comfort with ambiguity.
Experience in consumer tech, SaaS, or e-commerce.
Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered growth tools (e.g., recommendation engines, LLM-based insights, personalization APIs).
Previous experience scaling products in high-growth environments.
