Hey, I’m Sid. I run JustAnotherPM , a fast-growing community and business helping product managers level up their careers. In the last couple of years, we’ve coached and supported 10,000+ PMs through newsletters, courses, content, and coaching. We’re bootstrapped, scrappy, and moving fast. Now I’m hiring the first full-time Growth PM . This person will own one thing: growth of JAPM (the number of people we coach and impact). What the role looks like You’ll be responsible for figuring out what tactics lead to growth, and then scaling them. Specifically: Creating email funnels that engage and convert readers into learners and customers. Growing our newsletter and community into the go-to place for AI product management. Experimenting with growth hacks to drive course sales, coaching funnels. Using AI, data, and quick experiments to figure out what’s working (and double down). This is a full-stack growth role . You’ll need to get your hands dirty—writing copy, testing tools, analyzing data, setting up workflows, talking to customers, and even helping create content if it helps growth. Who will thrive here This is not a corporate PM role. It’s for someone who: Has 1+ year of PM experience (ideally in growth, but general PMs with curiosity are welcome). Is a builder and experimenter: you don’t just follow playbooks, you test, break, and rebuild them. Is data-comfortable and knows how to use insights to drive decisions. Gets excited about AI and how it can power growth. Has a bias for action: you’d rather run 5 scrappy experiments than plan for 5 months. Wants to learn directly from a founder and help scale a business from thousands to millions. What you’ll get Salary: ₹40–50K per month (fixed) Performance bonus: % of revenue we generate (this will add another ₹40–50K/month) Remote-first: Work from anywhere in India Growth path: This is the first full-time hire, meaning you’ll be shaping not just growth, but the future team.
