Key Responsibilities
Architect and execute multi-channel demand generation—SEO, paid search, LinkedIn, web,email, programmatic display—to build a high-quality global pipeline and unlock new businessrevenue Drive and scale lead generation and customer acquisition for global audiences, tailoringcampaigns to increase brand presence and conversion in diverse markets Design and launch acquisition, activation, and expansion campaigns aimed at enterprise andmid-market customers worldwide Lead advanced SEO programs to drive qualified traffic and global leads; manage linknetworks, content strategy, and technical audits Own budget management and performance reporting for core metrics: pipeline attribution,CAC, LTV, and revenue ROI, providing transparent updates to the Marketing Head and GTMleadership Deploy data-driven A/B testing, segmentation, and CRO techniques for best-in-classconversion rates and optimized customer journeys Build and automate dashboards using platforms like GA4, Looker, Amplitude, and marketingautomation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), supporting real-time global reporting Collaborate cross-functionally to shape territory-specific campaigns, GTM initiatives, andglobal messaging strategies Run targeted email and nurture programs to support pipeline quality and revenue growthacross all markets Evaluate and integrate new digital marketing tools to further Prismforce's differentiation in theglobal marketplaceRequirements
5+ years' senior experience in pipeline generation, performance marketing, and digitalrevenue management for SaaS, HR tech, or B2B enterprise Proven results driving global campaign success and scaling high-value revenue streams Advanced skills in SEO, paid media, analytics, campaign management, and funneloptimization Expertise in platforms and tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn CampaignManager, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools Highly collaborative, strong communicator, and comfortable presenting to executive and GTMteams Fluency with marketing automation, reporting platforms, and performance analytics tools Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Zoho)— would be a good to have skill to support scalable, personalized campaigns and advancedanalytics.Function & Reporting
