The Growth Officer will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, driving business development, and leveraging data-driven insights to expand market presence. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, business acumen, and hands-on execution to achieve measurable results. The Growth Officer will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing brands, while building strategic connections with global investors. The role demands strong business development skills, global networking ability, and a strategic mindset to accelerate growth for both startups and investors within the ecosystem.
· Define, implement, and oversee growth strategies across business verticals.
· Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
· Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, and strategic partners.
· Stay updated with industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor strategies.
· Identify and onboard high-potential startups/D2C brands, build strong founder relationships, and guide them through the accelerator’s engagement process.
· Develop and manage global investor relations, connect brands with suitable funding partners, and represent the organization at key forums and industry events.
· Design and execute growth strategies to expand the brand-investor ecosystem, drive engagement with marketing and leadership teams, and align brand needs with investor interests through data insights.
· Drive revenue growth by exploring partnership opportunities, supporting deal structuring and negotiations, and tracking KPIs for brand and investor engagement.
· Develop scalable processes for lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
· 7+ years of experience in business development, fundraising, investor relations, or startup ecosystem roles.
· Prior experience in accelerators, VCs, investment banking, or consulting preferred.
· Candidates must be from Jodhpur, Rajasthan or willing to relocate and work from Jodhpur full-time.
