Growth Officer - Portfolio

As a Growth Officer at Marwari Catalysts, you will play a vital role in developing and executing growth strategies to expand market presence and drive business development. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining, implementing, and overseeing growth strategies across business verticals. - Identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. - Building and managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and strategic partners. - Staying updated with industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor strategies. - Identifying and onboarding high-potential startups/D2C brands, nurturing founder relationships, and guiding them through the accelerator's engagement process. - Managing global investor relations, connecting brands with suitable funding partners, and representing the organization at key forums and industry events. - Designing and executing growth strategies to expand the brand-investor ecosystem, driving engagement with marketing and leadership teams, and aligning brand needs with investor interests through data insights. - Driving revenue growth by exploring partnership opportunities, supporting deal structuring and negotiations, and tracking KPIs for brand and investor engagement. - Developing scalable processes for lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in business development, fundraising, investor relations, or startup ecosystem roles. - Prior experience in accelerators, VCs, investment banking, or consulting preferred. - Candidates must be from Jodhpur, Rajasthan or willing to relocate and work from Jodhpur full-time.
