growth strategies, growth hacking, and digital marketing.

The role requires a data-driven marketer who can design, execute, and optimize campaigns that fuel customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will blend creative marketing strategies with analytical rigor, leveraging modern tools, platforms, and experimentation frameworks to identify scalable growth opportunities.As a

Growth Marketer,

you will work cross-functionally with product, sales, engineering, and design teams to drive measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact role for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop, implement, and scale end-to-end growth strategies across multiple channels to achieve business objectives.
    • Identify new customer acquisition opportunities through growth hacking techniques, experimentation, and A/B testing.
    • Own the entire growth funnel - acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue (AARRR).
  • Marketing Campaigns:
    • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, SEO, SEM, email, content, and paid media.
    • Collaborate with product and design teams to create compelling campaigns that improve user engagement.
    • Optimize conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Analyze customer behavior, funnel metrics, and campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
    • Conduct cohort analysis, churn analysis, and customer segmentation to uncover actionable insights.
    • Apply advanced analytics, reporting, and attribution models to continuously refine growth strategies.
  • Innovation & Growth Hacking:
    • Explore and test unconventional growth tactics to unlock new channels and drive exponential results.
    • Work with engineering teams to implement growth experiments, landing pages, referral systems, and viral loops.
    • Leverage automation, personalization, and AI-driven tools to optimize customer journeys.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    • Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives.
    • Present insights, campaign outcomes, and growth forecasts to senior leadership.
    • Build and manage relationships with external agencies, platforms, and partners.

Core Competencies & Skills

  • Growth Expertise: Proven experience in growth marketing, growth hacking, or performance marketing.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong command of marketing analytics, experimentation frameworks, and funnel optimization.
  • Creative Marketing: Ability to craft innovative campaigns that resonate with audiences.
  • Digital Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social ads, email automation, A/B testing tools, and CRM systems.
  • Leadership & Execution: Ability to manage cross-functional teams, prioritize projects, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, experimental, data-driven, and relentless in pursuit of growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on growth and digital strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth outcomes and achieve KPIs in past roles.
