Role: Growth Marketing Manager

The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to design and
execute targeted marketing campaigns for our key markets in North America and APAC. You will be
responsiblefor driving engagement with high-value accounts through sophisticated account-based
marketing (ABM) programs and executing compelling digital events. You will work at the intersection
of marketing and sales, leveraging a modern tech stack to create personalized experiences that
generate and accelerate the pipeline. This is a hands-on role for a creative and analytical marketer who
thrives on executing innovative campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities :
• ABM Campaign Execution: Design and run end-to-end ABM campaigns, leveraging intent
data and personalization to engage target accounts.
• Digital Events Execution: Manage the execution and promotion of digital events, including
webinars and podcasts, handling everything from speaker coordination to audience
acquisition and follow-up.
• Multi-Channel Management: Develop integrated campaigns across email, paid social, and
third-party platforms, working with our graphic designer to create compelling assets.
• Lifecycle Marketing: Create and optimize lead nurturing programs and workflows within our
marketing automation platform to accelerate prospects through the funnel.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as a key marketing partner to leaders and team members
across demand generation, BDR, sales, and product marketing, ensuring tight alignment on
campaign targeting, follow-up, and converting interest into qualified opportunities.
• Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using
data to inform future strategies and optimize for success.
Your Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● 5-7 years of experience in a B2B growth marketing role, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
● Proven, hands-on experience executing successful ABM and multi-channel marketing
campaigns.
● Demonstrated experience managing and promoting digital events like webinars.
● Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce preferred).
● Experience using sales intelligence and intent data platforms to define and target audiences.
● Excellent project management skills and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional
teams, especially sales, BDRs, and product marketing.
