Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention for multiple clients.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, email, and other growth platforms.
• Optimize marketing funnels and conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvement, and analytics-driven insights.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to deliver impactful campaigns and client success stories.
• Track performance KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend growth interventions based on data insights.
• Identify and experiment with emerging marketing channels, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions to enhance performance.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure strong ROI from all paid campaigns.
• Contribute to brand storytelling and content-driven campaigns to elevate client positioning.
  

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in growth or digital marketing roles.
• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns and organic growth strategies.
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
• Experience with SEO, marketing automation, and social media performance tracking.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
• Prior experience working with startups or growth-stage companies preferred.
