What You’ll Do

• Plan and run growth experiments across channels to improve acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Analyse performance data to understand what’s working, what’s not, and where opportunities lie.
• Manage, clean, and maintain marketing and user data across platforms.
• Build and update weekly and monthly dashboards to track key metrics.
• Build and manage campaigns across paid, organic, and referral channels.
• Strengthen user journeys by spotting drop-off points and collaborating with product and design to fix them.
• Research competitors, market trends, and new tools to stay ahead.
• Manage landing pages, A/B tests, and content experiments that support growth goals.
• Work with sales, product, and customer success teams to align growth activities.
• Explore partnerships, communities, and influencer-led initiatives where relevant.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who enjoys solving problems through data and experiments.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning).
• Comfortable building dashboards and reports (Google Sheets, Data Studio, or similar).
• Clear, confident communication and the ability to present insights simply.
• Curiosity, ownership, and a bias towards action.
• Bonus: experience with SaaS, app growth, automation tools, or funnel optimisation.
