Role Overview

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to join our team in Noida. This role will support the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of growth marketing initiatives across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

·      Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel growth marketing campaigns.

·      Analyze and improve the marketing funnel.

·      Develop and measure SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.

·      Conduct A/B tests and growth experiments.

·      Monitor daily performance metrics and prepare insights.

·      Manage marketing budgets efficiently.

·      Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive marketing execution.

·      Stay up to date with digital marketing trends.

Qualifications & Skills

·     Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.

·     2–3 years of experience in growth marketing.

·     Strong understanding of PPC, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Display, CRM, funnel, & customer journey

·     Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools.

·     Data-driven decision-making ability.

·     Strong communication and coordination skills.
