Role Description

As a Growth Manager, the candidate will drive user and revenue growth by improving acquisition, engagement, and retention across all channels. This role involves experimenting with new ideas, analysing data, understanding user behaviour, and working closely with product, marketing, and operations teams. It’s a high-ownership position for someone who enjoys solving problems, scaling what works, and building processes that help the company grow faster.


Role Description: Core Responsibilities

1. Vision & Strategy

• Co-create Mindery’s long-term growth blueprint

• Identify high-impact opportunities in wellness, corporate partnerships, tech, and new markets

• Shape the behavioural strategy for brand voice, services, and client experience

2. Business Growth

• Lead sales and partnership pipelines

• Reach out to potential B2B clients and set up meetings

• Drive revenue strategy and onboard major clients

• Expand service verticals and build strategic collaborations with corporates and institutions

3. Marketing & Brand Psychology

• Apply psychological principles to strengthen brand positioning

• Design marketing campaigns that influence behaviour and build emotional recall

• Guide storytelling, communication tone, and customer experience strategy

4. People & Culture Building

• Use psychological insight to support team dynamics and leadership development

• Contribute to building a high-trust, high-performance culture

5. Ownership & Execution

• Translate vision into clear action plans

• Track KPIs and manage ongoing projects

• Remove roadblocks and ensure timely, high-quality execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields

• Skills in campaign management, digital marketing, and analytics

• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in wellness, health, or lifestyle platforms (preferred)
