Role Description

As a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee, the candidate will learn and assist in sales strategies, client acquisition, and marketing activities to support business growth. This role provides hands-on exposure to both sales execution and marketing management within a fast-growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients (B2B/B2C as applicable).
• Assist in client meetings, presentations, and proposal creation.
• Manage follow-ups with prospects to ensure conversions.
• Support in planning and executing marketing activities (events, campaigns, partnerships, workshops, etc.).
• Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategy.
• Maintain sales pipeline data, prepare MIS/reports, and share insights.
• Collaborate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Skills/Qualities Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and motivated to learn sales techniques.
• Analytical thinking for research and market study.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good with follow-ups.
• Familiarity with tools like MS Office/Google Workspace, CRM, or willingness to learn.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
