Role Description

As a Business Operations Trainee, the candidate will assist in managing day-to-day operations, client coordination, and execution of wellness projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple business functions in a fast-growing startup, with the opportunity to learn directly from the leadership team and grow into a full-time operations role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in client communication, onboarding, and follow-ups.
  • Prospect potential

    B2B and B2C clients

    , support outreach, and maintain sales pipeline data.
  • Assist in client meetings, presentations, and proposal creation.
  • Manage follow-ups with prospects to ensure conversions.
  • Support in planning and executing marketing activities (events, partnerships, workshops, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (counselors, trainers, marketing, tech) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track deliverables and update reports/MIS regularly.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategy.
  • Handle operational documentation, contracts, and vendor coordination.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and motivated to learn client management.
  • Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good with multitasking and timelines.
  • Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

    in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
