Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jabalpur for a Growth Manager. The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing projects, analyzing business performance, and identifying growth opportunities. Daily tasks include devising strategies to meet and exceed targets, communicating effectively with stakeholders, analyzing data trends, and ensuring the implementation of actionable insights to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in utilizing Analytics to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
• Excellent Communication abilities, including verbal and written communication, to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Experience in Sales and a proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets
• Proficient in Project Management, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure their successful completion
• Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
