Growth Strategy & Execution

Define and implement the growth roadmap for customer targeting and conversion on app, owning conversion, retention kpis Develop and execute GTM strategies, sales activations, and category campaignsthat drive user acquisition and retention. Identify new growth opportunities and pilot initiatives; scale successful ones across thebusiness.

Analytics & Insights
Drive the analytics charter to deeply understand user behavior, funnels, and categoryperformance. Generate actionable insights to optimize conversion, reduce leakages, and improvelifetime value (LTV). Build frameworks to monitor, measure, and predict business performance with agility.

Customer Focus
Champion customer-centricity by identifying pain points across the booking journeyand driving initiatives to enhance experience. Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to integrate customerinsights into strategy and execution.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a high-performing team across growth, category, and analytics. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, supply, and marketing teams to ensureseamless execution of growth initiatives. Build a culture of ownership, speed, and excellence.

Skills that will help you succeed in this role

10 to 14 years of experience in consumer internet, or e-commerce industries, with proven success in category management and growth leadership.
