ISNAP Office – Hitech City, Hyderabad

Experience Required:

Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and growth management across multiple brands.

Role Overview:

The Growth Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and managing digital growth initiatives for multiple client brands under ISNAP. This role demands strong expertise across all major digital platforms including Google, Meta, YouTube, SEO, SMM, SMO, PPC, Content Marketing, Online Reputation Management, and Brand Storytelling. The candidate must be capable of driving measurable results, improving ROI, and enhancing overall brand visibility and engagement.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Growth & Strategy Development

  • Create and implement 360° digital growth strategies for multiple brands.


  • Analyze business goals, market position, and audience insights to identify growth opportunities.


  • Align digital marketing efforts with client business objectives and brand vision.


2. Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.


  • Handle SEO, SEM, SMM, SMO, and PPC activities to ensure consistent lead generation and conversions.


  • Manage Google Merchant Center (GMC) and optimize eCommerce advertising.


  • Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns to increase visibility, engagement, and ROI.


3. Branding & Creative Storytelling

  • Work closely with the creative team to design impactful campaigns and brand communication.


  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand tone, messaging, and storytelling principles.


  • Develop creative content strategies for blogs, ad copies, videos, and digital creatives.


  • Oversee brand reputation and handle Online Reputation Management (ORM) for clients.


4. Analytics and Optimization

  • Track performance metrics and analyze campaign data for insights and improvements.


  • Conduct A/B testing, optimize ad spend, and monitor conversion funnels.


  • Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, SEMrush, and Meta Business Suite to evaluate performance.


  • Present actionable reports and growth insights to management and clients.


5. Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients.


  • Conduct review meetings to discuss growth performance and campaign results.


  • Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and brand standards.


  • Identify opportunities to upsell ISNAP’s digital and branding services.


6. Team Coordination & Execution

  • Collaborate with SEO, creative, social media, and content teams for seamless campaign execution.


  • Mentor junior digital executives and ensure timely delivery of all tasks.


  • Maintain workflow efficiency and track project timelines and outcomes.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieve a minimum of 4x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across performance campaigns.


  • Deliver consistent monthly conversion growth of at least 20%.


  • Increase organic traffic by 25% within three months of campaign execution.


  • Maintain a minimum of 10% engagement rate across client social media platforms.


  • Achieve top 5 search ranking for at least 60% of targeted keywords.


  • Maintain 95% client satisfaction and retention rate.


  • Ensure 100% on-time delivery of all creative and campaign tasks.


  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly reports with performance insights.


Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  • Drive measurable ROI and consistent business growth for all assigned brands.


  • Enhance overall digital visibility, engagement, and lead generation.


  • Build strong client relationships and deliver strategic marketing outcomes.


  • Execute creative and data-driven campaigns that align with brand goals.


  • Contribute to overall company revenue growth through client success.


  • Ensure alignment of campaign performance with quarterly and annual growth objectives.


Growth Targets:

  • Achieve overall digital growth of 30% per quarter across managed client accounts.


  • Deliver a minimum 4x ROAS and 25% YoY client performance improvement.


  • Contribute to expanding ISNAP’s digital marketing client base by at least 15% per quarter.


  • Drive brand-specific revenue growth of 25–30% per quarter through data-driven marketing.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong strategic understanding of digital marketing and brand growth.


  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Marketing, SEO, PPC, and GMC.


  • Proficiency in SMM, SMO, Content Marketing, and Storytelling.


  • Excellent understanding of online reputation management and brand communication.


  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.


  • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously under tight deadlines.


  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with creative and performance teams.
