Job Title: eCommerce Product Photo & Video Editor (Photography, Graphics, and Marketplace Content)

Department:

Photo Editing Manager / Production Head

Location:

Hitech City, Hyderabad

Role Overview:

eCommerce Product Photo and Video Editor


Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Photography, Image Editing & Enhancement

  • Capture high-quality product images using DSLR or above cameras for eCommerce listings.


  • Retouch and enhance raw images to meet marketplace standards (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Walmart, etc.).


  • Perform background removal, lighting correction, and tone adjustments for a professional look.


  • Apply shadows, reflections, and natural effects for a realistic presentation.


  • Maintain consistency across all SKUs and product categories.


2. Creative Design & Infographics

  • Design engaging infographics highlighting product features, USPs, and benefits.


  • Collaborate with catalog and marketing teams to align visuals with content and brand tone.


  • Develop creative layouts for

    A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content (EBC)

    for marketplaces.


  • Create banners, campaign graphics, and social media creatives for brand promotions.


3. A+ Content, Brand Store & Marketplace Visuals

  • Develop and manage A+ Content using approved templates and brand guidelines.


  • Ensure compliance with marketplace image and creative policies.


  • Regularly update brand storefronts, visuals, and campaign creatives.


  • Optimize creatives for improved visibility, engagement, and conversion.


4. Digital Marketing & Video Editing

  • Edit and produce engaging product and brand videos for social media and digital ads.


  • Create reels, promotional clips, and motion graphics for marketing campaigns.


  • Support digital marketing initiatives with visually appealing creatives across all channels.


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce performance-driven creatives for Meta, Google Ads, and marketplaces.


5. Website, UI & D2C Visuals

  • Design and optimize product visuals for brand websites and D2C portals.

  • Create hero banners, lifestyle visuals, and landing page creatives aligned with brand identity.

  • Ensure all images meet SEO and web resolution standards.

  • 6. File Management & Workflow

    • Maintain well-organized folders, SKU-wise image libraries, and file naming conventions.


    • Coordinate with photographers, catalog managers, and digital marketing teams to meet deadlines.


    • Deliver daily output reports and adhere to project TAT (Turnaround Time) for bulk tasks.


    • Perform quality checks before publishing any visuals or videos.


    Tools & Software Expertise:

    • Adobe Photoshop

      (Advanced Retouching, Masking, Clipping, Smart Objects)


    • Adobe Lightroom

      (Batch Editing, Color Grading)


    • Adobe Illustrator / Figma / Canva

      (Infographic & Layout Design)


    • Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects

      (Video Editing & Motion Graphics)


    • Excel / Google Sheets

      (SKU Tracking & Reporting)


    Key Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong aesthetic sense and eye for detail in lighting, color, and composition


    • Hands-on experience with

      DSLR or mirrorless cameras

      for product and lifestyle photography


    • Sound understanding of

      marketplace content standards (Amazon, Walmart, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, etc.)


    • Proficiency in

      A+ Content, EBC, and eCommerce visual storytelling


    • Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines


    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills


    Experience Required:

    • Min

      4 years

      of experience in eCommerce creative design, photo editing, and video production


    • Experience across categories like

      fashion, jewelry, beauty, electronics, or FMCG

      preferred


    • A

      portfolio of previous work

      (images, videos, infographics, or campaigns) is mandatory for evaluation


    Reporting & Deliverables:

    • Daily:

      SKU-wise photo edits, video deliverables, and creative outputs


    • Weekly:

      Summary of marketplace uploads, campaign creatives, and brand content updates


    • Continuous improvement suggestions for creative performance and visual branding
