We’re looking for a dynamic Inside Sales & Business Development Specialist to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across our service verticals. You will generate qualified leads, pitch solutions, close deals, and build long-term relationships with clients in the eCommerce and logistics ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate & qualify leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations to understand client requirements
  • Effectively pitch ISNAP’s services (eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Logistics)
  • Negotiate & close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Onboard new clients and coordinate a smooth handover to the operations team
  • Build long-term relationships with regular account reviews and upsell initiatives
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across service lines

Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated with industry trends in eCommerce, logistics & marketing
  • Provide structured feedback to enhance service offerings and client value


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Sales Targets

  • Monthly revenue closure target (to be defined internally)
  • Quarterly new client acquisition

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Minimum outreach target (leads per week)
  • Lead-to-client conversion ratio: >20-25%

Client Engagement

  • Onboarding satisfaction (CSAT ≥ 90%)
  • Repeat/renewal rate of existing accounts: ≥ 70%

Activity Metrics

  • No. of client meetings/demos
  • Timely and accurate CRM updates: 100% compliance


Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

Revenue Growth & Client Acquisition

  • Drive new customer acquisition across the eCommerce & logistics verticals
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue plans

Consultative Sales & Value Delivery

  • Build solution-oriented pitches to match client needs
  • Ensure high-quality proposals that demonstrate ROI

Client Relationship Management & Retention

  • Maintain long-term client partnerships
  • Regular reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Market Research & Feedback Loop

  • Monitor competitor moves, pricing trends, and service innovations
  • Share insights to refine ISNAP’s solutions and positioning


Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

✔ 3+ years in B2B sales (eCommerce / Logistics / Digital Marketing)

✔ Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets

✔ Strong communication, pitch, and negotiation skills

✔ Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) & MS Office

Good to Have:

✔ Marketplace platform knowledge (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

✔ Understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC)
