Growth Consultant

who can bring strategic thinking, experimentation rigor, and execution excellence to help take WebEngage’s growth to the next level.

Role Overview

As a

Growth Consultant

, you’ll be at the intersection of

marketing, product, and revenue

, helping identify and execute high-leverage growth opportunities across the funnel — from acquisition and activation to retention and expansion.You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, bringing a structured and data-driven approach to experimentation, user insights, and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across the user lifecycle (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, expansion).
  • Design and execute growth experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learning goals.
  • Work closely with customer teams to improve key conversion metrics (signups, activations, demo-to-close, etc.).
  • Own data analysis and performance tracking for key initiatives. Translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for new features or launches. Drive adoption and usage.
  • Support and optimize the PLG (product-led growth) and SLG (sales-led growth) motions with funnel improvements and content/feature experiments.
  • Champion a culture of rapid iteration, learning, and experimentation.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth, product marketing, strategy, or performance marketing roles in a B2B SaaS or tech-led company.
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Excel, etc.
  • Proven experience in running growth experiments with a structured approach to testing and learning.
  • Understanding of key SaaS growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, churn, activation rate, etc.).
  • Exposure to marketing automation, CRM, email/SMS campaigns, or lifecycle marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can align stakeholders and get things done.
  • Ability to think strategically but execute tactically and fast.
  • Prior experience working with MarTech, CDP, CRM, or analytics tools is a strong bonus.
