Growth – Associate

This is a high-ownership role with exposure to operations, recruitment, and growth strategy. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys combining data-driven thinking with executional excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier freelancers across multiple specialized domains.
• Build and optimize user journeys to ensure high-quality project delivery from freelancer onboarding to execution.
• Run rapid experiments to test growth hypotheses, analyze results, and scale successful initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the delivery team to align freelancer availability with project needs.
• Identify funnel drop-offs, bottlenecks, and pain points; propose and implement data-backed solutions.
• Maintain a pulse on market trends in talent sourcing and use those insights to innovate our freelancer engagement strategies.
• Assist with process documentation, dashboards, and reporting for key growth and sourcing metrics.
• Drive operational improvements and help establish best practices across sourcing, onboarding, and freelancer management.

Requirement

• s2+ years of experience in stakeholder management, project coordination, or operations roles
• .Prior experience in growth, or contractor/vendor network management is a strong plus
• .Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• .Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• .Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, metrics, and dashboards
• .Tech-savvy and quick to learn internal tools and systems
• .Passionate about AI and excited to be part of a mission-driven company
