Client Relationship Management: o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing queries or issues in a timely manner. o Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. o Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to enhance their business operations, focusing on both technology and apparel manufacturing needs. o Provide post-sales support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth product implementation. 3.
