Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:o Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to target buying houses, apparelmanufacturing units, export houses, and fashion/lifestyle brands for assignedterritory.o Identify new business opportunities, nurture leads, and convert them into long-termclients for assigned territory.o Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demos, showcasing our tech-driven solutions to meet client needs.o Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and businessprofitability.o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, offeringongoing support and identifying upselling opportunities.2. Client Relationship Management:o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customerservice and addressing queries or issues in a timely manner.o Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure repeat business andreferrals.o Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to enhance their businessoperations, focusing on both technology and apparel manufacturing needs.o Provide post-sales support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth productimplementation.3. Product Demonstrations Presentations:o Conduct live and virtual product demos to demonstrate the value of our fashiontech devices and solutions both hardware and software.o Customize product demonstrations to address the unique needs of each client,including buying houses, apparel manufacturers, and fashion brands.o Showcase how our technology can optimize product quality, design, manufacturing,and supply chain processes to improve operational efficiency.4. Operations Management:o Oversee the entire order fulfilment process, ensuring timely delivery and clientsatisfaction.o Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensuresmooth operations and the effective execution of client orders.o Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure products and spares areavailable to meet client needs.o Address operational challenges that may arise, such as shipment delays or qualityconcerns, ensuring quick resolutions.5. Market and Competitive Analysis:o Research and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitoractivities to uncover new sales opportunities.o Stay informed about the latest developments in fashion tech and the apparel sector,ensuring that sales strategies remain competitive and relevant.o Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management, highlightingprogress, challenges, and opportunities for growth.6. Sales Targets and Reporting:o Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while ensuring a high level of customersatisfaction.o Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, including key metricssuch as revenue growth, client acquisition, and market feedback.o Continuously monitor and optimize sales strategies based on performance data andcustomer insights.7. Team Collaboration and Leadership:o Work closely with cross-functional teams, Market development partners (MDP),including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensurealignment on business objectives and customer needs.o Mentor junior sales staff (if applicable) and MDP appointed supervisors, fostering ateam-oriented environment and supporting professional growth.
