Develop and manage the showroom budget, handle cash management, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Report showroom performance to senior management, communicate with staff, and maintain effective communication with the central office or warehouse. Qualifications include experience as a Store or Showroom Manager, leadership skills, customer service excellence, knowledge of textiles, and proficiency in retail management software.
