Their real-time platform helps banks detect and prevent fraud, with a focus on areas like fraud mitigation, risk management, and anti-money laundering. Credit Nirvana uses AI to drive its debt management and collections platform. It uses predictive analytics to automate the debt collection lifecycle, from early delinquencies to legal recoveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of design principles, typography, grids, and motion design, along with hands-on experience in video editing and presentation design. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design Creation for Social Media & Branding: Conceptualize and design engaging visuals for social media campaigns, digital ads, and corporate branding materials. Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets, ensuring adherence to the company’s style guide. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout grids to create compelling visual narratives. 2. Video Editing & Motion Design: Create and edit short-form and long-form videos for marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal communications. Implement motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling and audience engagement. Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design and video production techniques. 3. Presentation & PPT Theme Design: Design visually appealing, on-brand PowerPoint and Google Slides templates for internal and external presentations. Create engaging visual elements such as infographics, iconography, and charts to enhance communication. Ensure consistency in visual design across all corporate presentations. 4. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, sales and design teams to align design efforts with business objectives. Understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions that support cross-functional initiatives. Provide creative input in brainstorming sessions and contribute to overall brand strategy. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and branding, preferably in a B2B environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, branding, and video production. Ability to think strategically and execute design solutions that align with business goals. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in designing for fintech or technology-driven companies. Knowledge of 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is an added advantage. Show more Show less
