Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our PPC campaigns on Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping networks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to drive qualified leads and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing
  • Optimize campaigns for conversions, quality score, CTR, and ROI
  • Set up conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards on ad performance
  • Perform competitor research and implement best practices
  • Stay updated on Google Ads trends and platform updates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Google Ads and PPC platforms
  • Google Ads Certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of keyword tools and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, SEMrush)
  • Ability to work with landing pages, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

We are seeking a Meta Ads Specialist to develop and execute high-performing paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. You will be responsible for campaign setup, audience targeting, performance analysis, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
  • Define target audiences, interests, behaviors, and custom/lookalike audiences
  • Monitor ad spend and ensure it aligns with the budget
  • Optimize creatives, copy, placements, and bidding strategies
  • Analyze performance metrics and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPA
  • Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages
  • Collaborate with content/design teams for ad creatives
  • Implement tracking pixels and conversion APIs

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Knowledge of retargeting, funnel strategies, and custom audience segmentation
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and CRM integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
