You will be responsible for campaign setup, audience targeting, performance analysis, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns Define target audiences, interests, behaviors, and custom/lookalike audiences Monitor ad spend and ensure it aligns with the budget Optimize creatives, copy, placements, and bidding strategies Analyze performance metrics and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPA Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages Collaborate with content/design teams for ad creatives Implement tracking pixels and conversion APIs Requirements: Proven work experience with Meta Ads Manager Strong understanding of Facebook Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking Knowledge of retargeting, funnel strategies, and custom audience segmentation Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and CRM integrations Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
