We are hiring a Google and Meta Ads Specialist who can join immediately and take ownership of end-to-end campaign management for our growing portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)

• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while ensuring positive ROI and growth

• Perform daily optimizations including bids, budgets, ad copy, and creative tests

• Conduct competitor and audience analysis to identify new opportunities

• Build, monitor, and refine conversion tracking using GA4 and GTM

• Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports

• Work closely with creative and analytics teams to improve ad efficiency

• Stay updated with platform updates, tools, and performance marketing trends

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta Ads

• Proven track record of achieving high ROAS and low CPA across multiple accounts

• Strong understanding of eCommerce and lead generation funnels

• Experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and audience segmentation

• Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with data

• Must be available to start immediately

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Experience with other channels like LinkedIn, TikTok, or Pinterest Ads is a plus
