Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Paid Advertising Manager to join our team and lead our paid advertising efforts across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid search and social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to ensure ads reach the right users at the right time.
• Create high-performing ad copy that is clear, concise, and persuasive.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize bids to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Set up conversion tracking and meticulously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
• Analyze campaign data and generate insightful reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure paid advertising efforts are aligned with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
• Proven track record of success in driving traffic, leads, and conversions through paid advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with conversion tracking and reporting tools.
• A deep understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
