Google Ads Specialist

The Google Ads Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Search, Display, YouTube, and other Google platforms. The role focuses on achieving maximum ROI, increasing online visibility, and generating qualified leads for clients. The specialist works closely with the marketing and design teams to create data-driven, high-performing ad strategies that align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients.
• Conduct detailed keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Create compelling ad copies and coordinate with the design team for visuals.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and conversions.
• Track daily budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
• Generate detailed campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with Google Ads trends, new features, and algorithm updates.
• Implement conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong understanding of PPC strategy, keyword bidding, and campaign optimization.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
• Google Ads Certification (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
