Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Delhi (On-site, Full-time)
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, updated knowledge of the latest trends and policies, and proven experience in managing and mentoring a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
• Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and innovations in Google and Meta advertising.
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI; prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring productivity and skill development.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of running high-performing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and their latest trends/updates.
• Experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
