Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Expert to plan, implement, and manage our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads, data analytics, keyword strategy, and ROI optimization. You will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI across search, display, video, and app campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Discovery, Performance Max).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copy optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budget, and targeting for best ROI.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Track and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• A/B test ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, algorithm updates, and Google Ads best practices.
• Manage ad spend efficiently and ensure monthly performance targets are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Google Ads Certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and keyword tools.
• Experience with remarketing, conversion tracking, and audience targeting.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
