About the role

Gems Abroad is hiring a GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to design, build, and optimize our end-to-end marketing & sales automation. You’ll own CRM setup, high-converting funnels, AI agent journeys, and performance tracking—turning prospects into delighted customers at scale.

What you’ll do
  • Own GoHighLevel:

    Architect pipelines, custom fields, calendars, users/permissions, and lead routing.
  • Build funnels:

    Launch pages, forms/surveys, and offers that convert; run A/B tests and iterate quickly.
  • Automate journeys:

    Create lifecycle workflows for lead capture, nurture, onboarding, no-show recovery, and win-back/reactivation.
  • Omnichannel follow-ups:

    Orchestrate WhatsApp, SMS, and email sequences with smart timing, branching, and goal tracking.
  • AI agent funnels:

    Implement/optimize AI chat/agent flows for qualification, appointment setting, and FAQs.
  • Integrations:

    Connect third-party tools (e.g., Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads, webhooks, Zapier/Make, calendars, payment gateways).
  • Attribution & analytics:

    Build dashboards, set up UTM standards, and report on CPL, CVR, ROAS, show rates, and pipeline velocity.
  • Data hygiene & compliance:

    Maintain clean data, consent/opt-in records, and sender reputation (DNS, SPF/DKIM basics).
  • Enable the team:

    Create SOPs, train users, and champion best practices across marketing & sales.
What you’ll bring
  • 2+ years hands-on with

    GoHighLevel

    (or similar CRM/automation tools like HubSpot/ActiveCampaign).
  • Proven experience building funnels and automation that lift conversion rates and show measurable impact.
  • Strong workflow logic (if/then branching, tagging, segmentation) and list management.
  • Experience with

    WhatsApp Business

    , SMS, and email automation; familiarity with Twilio/360dialog or similar.
  • Tracking chops: pixels/tags, GA4, UTM conventions, and funnel analytics.
  • Clear communication, documentation habits, and a bias for action.
Nice to have
  • AI chatbot/agent experience (Dialogflow, ManyChat, Botpress, or custom LLM integrations).
  • Zapier/Make power user; comfort with webhooks and APIs.
  • Landing page/LP editor skills, basic HTML/CSS, and conversion copy testing.
  • RevOps/CRM admin background across marketing & sales teams.
