Summary
As a Pricing Manager for B2B and B2C segments, you will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of pricing strategies across products and services. You will collaborate with commercial, sales, and vendor teams to manage contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure profitable pricing structures that balance revenue growth with competitiveness. This role emphasizes business impact through strategic pricing, vendor management, and commercial decision-making.Key Value Drivers & Levers
Pricing Strategy & Profitability – defining competitive pricing models for B2B and B2C segments to maximize revenue and margins.
Vendor Management – managing vendor relationships, evaluating pricing proposals, and ensuring contractual compliance.
Contract Negotiation – negotiating terms, discounts, and service levels with vendors to optimize cost and value.
Revenue Optimization – analyzing pricing impact on revenue, margins, and customer acquisition.
Market Intelligence & Analytics – using market data, competitor pricing, and sales analytics to inform pricing decisions.
Process & Governance – standardizing pricing approvals, contract terms, and vendor engagement processes.
Roles & Responsibilities 
Lead pricing strategy development for B2B and B2C segments, ensuring alignment with revenue and profitability targets.Manage vendor relationships, including evaluating pricing proposals, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with contracts.Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with vendors to optimize cost efficiency and commercial value.Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to ensure pricing decisions drive desired business outcomes.Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and sales data to continuously refine pricing strategies.Establish governance frameworks for pricing approvals, contract management, and vendor interactions.Mentor and lead junior pricing analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery of pricing insights and strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have:Expertise in pricing strategy development for B2B and B2C segments, vendor management, and contract negotiation.Strong analytical skills with ability to model pricing scenarios and optimize revenue/margin trade-offs.Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and BI tools for pricing analytics and reporting.Experience in stakeholder management, leadership, and delivering large-scale commercial impact.Proven success in improving profitability, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships effectively.
