Role Overview

The Global People Officer is a leadership role responsible for defining and executing Minfy’s global people strategy across India, US, ANZ, and ASEAN. The role oversees scaling the workforce to 3000+, leadership development, career architecture, and global culture stewardship.


Core Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership & Business Partnering

  • AI First in HR function.
  • Align HR strategy with organizational goals.
  • Partner with Founders, CXOs, and Business Unit Heads.
  • Drive workforce planning and multi-geo organizational design.
  • Exposure to Amazon/OEM/ Fast-paced transformation culture.

Organizational Scaling & Workforce Architecture

  • Build scalable HR systems and governance frameworks.
  • Establish global structure models.
  • Drive capability planning for Cloud, Data, AI, and Managed Services.
  • M&A experience - Assessment and Successful Integration of HR, Culture.
  • Multi-country - cultural sensitivity & experience: US, ANZ, Europe, Asia.

Leadership Development & Talent Acceleration

  • Implement leadership competency frameworks.
  • Drive succession planning, leadership coaching, and HiPo development.
  • Establish leadership development programs.

Career Architecture & Capability Building

  • Build career progression frameworks across all roles.
  • Define role leveling and competency frameworks.
  • Develop technical and behavioral learning pathways.

Global Talent Acquisition & US Hiring

  • Oversee global hiring across India, US, ANZ.
  • Strengthen hiring quality and leadership pipelines.
  • Ensure US compliance, compensation models, and workforce structures.

Culture Stewardship & Values Reinforcement

  • Lead culture programs across geographies.
  • Strengthen employee experience and engagement.
  • Drive values-based behavioral alignment.

HR Governance, Systems & Analytics

  • Lead HR audits, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Modernize HRMS and automate people processes.
  • Build dashboards for talent health, retention, and capability metrics.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Leadership pipeline strength.
  • Workforce scaling milestones.
  • Employee engagement and retention.
  • Hiring velocity and leadership closures.
  • Culture alignment across regions.
  • HR governance and process efficiency.


Experience & Skills Required

  • HR leadership roles in IT/Cloud/Data/AI.
  • Experience scaling from ~1000 to 3000+ employees.
  • Strong in Leadership Development and Succession Planning.
  • Deep HR Business Partnering expertise.
  • US hiring and compliance experience.
  • Experience leading TA, HR Ops, L&D, and C&B.
  • Sales/BD background preferred.
  • MBA or Master’s in HR preferred.
