About The Role Are you passionate about protecting organizations from cyber threats and ensuring regulatory compliance? We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist with strong expertise in Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Compliance to join our growing InfoSec team. If you have a solid background in security operations, internal audits, and risk management—and are eager to grow in cloud security —we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Conduct VAPT, Web App Security Testing, API Testing, and Source Code Reviews. Manage and maintain enterprise security tools such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, HSM, EDR/XDR, Anti-DDoS, PIM/PAM, and more. Perform internal audits and ensure compliance with standards like: ISO 27001:2022 NIST HIPAA UIDAI Aadhaar Regulation 14.1(H) GRCP NCIIPC Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and risk mitigation plans. Lead security awareness programs across teams including non-technical staff. Collaborate with application teams to implement mobile and web security best practices. Stay current with cybersecurity trends, threats, and compliance updates. What We’re Looking For 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, and Governance. Experience with security audits, risk assessments, and compliance implementations. Strong command of technical security controls and assessment tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate security concepts clearly. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) with basic certification/training. Good to Have AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials certification or training completed. Willingness to upskill in cloud-native security tools and practices (AWS/Azure/GCP). Certifications like ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CEH, CISSP, or OSCP are a plus. Show more Show less
